Sotz’ is a metal band from Portugal inspired by the history, theology and culture of the ancient Mayan Civilization. Sotz’
already released am EP titled as “Tzak’ Sotz’” and a single titled as “Baak’”.
They will release their next album entitled "Popol Vuh", produced, mixed and mastered by "Titanforged Productions" and promises to please all lovers of this culture.

Gaerea's first release of "Unsettling Whispers" was in 2018, and since, they dared define a "black metal" niche of their own, they dared to walk a new path and stir shit up a bit in the realm of BM, this album is a masterpiece and a milestone proving that it can be done, provided the band can pull it off, and they did, oh they did! Gloomy, dark, post-BM sludgy whatever, it's Gaerea, and this one belongs in my BC collection, the end.

if you think, you already heard everything about death metal you definitely missed this one. those double bass moments in "war" and "famine" are epic and the clean voice in "death" is amazing. the whole thing is an eargasm. melodic, hypnotic, haunting!

An absolutely amazing album that reaches you to the bottom of the abyss. Gaia takes you by the hand, tells you that you're not alone in this, the pain is over, the misunderstanding of your pain is over and accompanied by keyboards, violins, acoustic guitars, cello and amazing vocals, she pulls you out of the disgusting mire of your mind and together you embark on a journey of melancholy, despondency, hope, pessimism and the seasons.
